If you are asked this question, you should consider it as another chance to portray your talents, experience and salient skills related to the role under question. Refer to those advantages and qualities that you have that make you the best candidate for this position. However, use generic terms – and a brief explanation rather than long stories.
You can take the opportunity to speak about your positive personal traits, like dynamism, dedication and attention to details if you think these are important for the position.
You can also briefly analyze the relevancy of your experience with the position you applied for. What special aspects of your background (and accomplishments) have prepared you for this job? What experience do you bring to the table?
Try to be humble. You may start your speech by stating that you are sure others may bring wonderful skills, but what separate you are these traits and accomplishments mentioned above.
